The finish line arch is literally right at the edge of Lake Travis (Austin area's famed lake boasting over 9 miles of shoreline)! So when you finish you can cruise straight into the water to cool off and start your floating post-race party! But when we join together for a common goal, we create a beautiful picture together, a mosaic of fun if you will! So we created this trail running weekend right here in the outskirts of Austin (in the amazingly rapidly-growing Liberty Hill) to give us an excuse to play together. All ages, ethnicities, backgrounds, and generations are invited to our new trail run at an awesome historic Texas ranch, right next to the city, on the San Gabriel River. Bandera, Texas (United States of America) - "Bandera Endurance Trail Run". 100k is a standalone race, starting on Saturday. With a 25 hour cutoff. 50k and 25k are on Sunday. Unless you get one of the few Saturday (non-competitive 50k slots). No whiners, wimps, or wusses. A trail of rugged and brutal beauty where everything cuts, stings, or bites. Western States 100 Qualifying Race Details: Runners who complete Bandera 100km within 17 hours will qualify to enter a lottery where the runners for Western States will be selected.
